02The service
We provide digital wedding and event invitations: designs you can customise, a link for each guest, RSVP, wishes, gift details, a guest disposable camera and related tools. What is included depends on your package, as shown on the Pricing page when you buy.
You can try designs for free before paying. Some features may be limited or show sample content until a package is active.
03Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by a partner you invite to edit with you.
- One package applies to one invitation. It cannot be moved to a different couple or event.
04Packages and payment
Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit, Singapore dollars or US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment partner Midtrans and charged by card in Indonesian rupiah, using the rate shown on the payment page before you pay. Your card issuer may show a slightly different amount and may add its own foreign transaction or conversion fees.
Packages are a one-time payment, not a subscription. Your package becomes active once the payment is confirmed. Optional extras, such as a custom web address, are charged separately when offered.
05Your content
You keep ownership of the names, photos, music, stories and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display that content so we can run your invitation and show it to the guests you share it with.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not add anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend an invitation that breaks these rules.
06Guest information
When you add guests, you confirm that you may share their names and contact details with us so we can create their links and record their replies. We handle guest information as described in our Privacy Policy.
07Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Do not try to access other accounts or invitations, or disrupt the service.
- Do not copy or resell our designs outside your own invitation.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep invitations online and fast, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve, change or retire features over time; if a change removes a paid feature you rely on, contact us and we will help.
09Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where reasonable.
10Our responsibility
We provide the service with care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard. Questions: [email protected].
