01Who is responsible

02What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, and your password (stored encrypted).
• Invitation content: names of the couple and family, event dates and venues, photos, music, stories and other content you add.
• Guest information you add or guests give us: names, phone numbers, RSVP answers, number of attendees, wishes and photos taken with the disposable camera.
• Payment details: handled by our payment partner Midtrans. We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card number.
• Usage data: device and browser information, pages visited and actions taken, collected with cookies and similar tools.

03How we use it

• To create, host and show your invitation and the links you send to guests.
• To record RSVPs, wishes and gifts details and show them to you.
• To process payments, activate packages and send receipts and account emails.
• To answer support requests, including through our assistant Owlmin.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve features.
• With your consent where required, to measure and improve our marketing.

04Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language and currency. We also use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Amplitude, Hotjar and TikTok Pixel to understand how people use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the invitation itself still works without analytics cookies.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and storage, payment processing (Midtrans), email and messaging delivery, and analytics, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose data when required by law.

Your invitation is visible to anyone who has its link, so choose carefully who you share it with. You can make an invitation private so only guests with their personal link can open it.

06Where your data is stored

We are based in Indonesia. Your data may be stored and processed in Indonesia and in other countries where our providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the service.

07How long we keep it

We keep your account and invitation while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can come back to it. Guest replies and photos stay with the invitation they belong to. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

08Your choices and rights

You can view and edit most of your data in your dashboard. You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and invitation. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 or Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Guests who want their reply, wishes or photos removed can ask the couple or contact us at [email protected].

09Security

We use encrypted connections, encrypted passwords and access controls to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us if you notice anything unusual.

10Children

The service is meant for adults planning an event. We do not knowingly collect data from children, except where a couple adds young family members to their own invitation.

11Changes to this policy
